Take your Pet Identity card to your chosen vet
Your pet's unique ID card will allow your vet to access your policy and submit their treatment plan and associated costs online.
Your vet completes the claim form
Your vet can print and complete your claim form through your pet's unique ID card or if it's easier for you, you can download a claim form here or call 0344 543 1040.
Return your claim form
Once you and your vet have completed the claim form, please email or post it via recorded delivery to:

Let us take care of things
We aim to process claims in 10 working days and if we need any extra information, we will contact either you or your vet. Once your claim has been processed we will pay you or your vet directly.
