The Day I Came Home

I was born in October a place called Derbyshire which is quite a long way away from St Helens. I lived in Cliff’s house. Cliff is a Dog Breeder. His job is to take care of puppies and help us to find new loving homes. It’s important to only buy puppies from Dog Breeders who are ‘responsible’ – it’s a big word that I find hard to say, but it means that they are good to their puppies.

My First Walk

Mummy and Daddy bought me my very own collar – it is red and red is my favourite colour – and it has a silver tag with my name on it. I look very smart in it. The collar means I can go on a lead so that I don’t wander off and get lost which is a good thing.

A new generation for Pet Identification

As a businessman who loves animals, there was never any doubt which industry Ian Gould would dedicate himself to. Going to the Vet!

Before Mummy and Daddy could take me back to live with them I had to see someone called a Vet. The Vet’s name was Roger. Roger was very nice and he seemed very interested in me. He looked at my eyes and my ears, he felt my back and my joints and he talked in a nice soothing voice. Then I heard him say a big word that I hadn’t heard before. It sounded like injeckshuns.
